Our summer message series, mindfull, continues the annual theme of loving God with all of who we are. Our Scripture for 2023 is Deuteronomy 6:4-5,
4 Hear, O Israel: The Lord our God, the Lord is one.5 Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength.
Jesus incorporates his Greek/Roman cultural understaning of a WHOLE person by expanding the description of the greatest commandment by adding the mind (Luke 10:27, Matthew 22:36-40, Mark 12:28-31). Pastor Jason will be preaching on loving God with our full mind (mindfull) parallening and intertwining principles from the book Winning the War in Your Mind by Craig Groeschel.
