Giving
Whole-life stewardship
A call to faithful stewardship is a consistent theme God gives God's people, in both the Old Testament and the New.
At Nikiski Church of the Nazarene, our ministry in our community, our area, and around the world is supported solely by people partnering directly with our local church. We are "God's stewards of both life and possessions."
Stewardship is the responsible management of something entrusted to one's care. To put it simply: God entrusts us with our time, talent, and treasure. So we encourage people toward whole-life stewardship.
But this I say: He who sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and he who sows bountifully will also reap bountifully. So let each one give as he purposes in his heart, not grudgingly or of necessity; for God loves a cheerful giver. And God is able to make all grace abound toward you, that you, always having all sufficiency in all things, may have an abundance for every good work.
Our leaders pray regularly that God moves the hearts, minds, and action of people who worship with us and who are discipled alongside one another to give cheerfully to our mission in this community.
Online giving is handled by Church Center, our church management platform. You can also give in person on a Sunday.
