The Throne Is Not Empty

Week one of Worthy. John steps through an open door expecting a timeline... and sees a throne instead. It's not empty, and mercy circles it all the way around. Four creatures with the best view in the universe sing one line, day and night, and never get tired of it. So the question isn't why anyone would sing the same words over and over... it's what you'd have to be looking at to want to.

Crowns Down

In Revelation 4, twenty-four elders wear crowns God gave them... and still throw them down. This week asks: what's on your head?

The Scroll and the Tears

A scroll in God's right hand, sealed shut. A search through all creation. No one is found... and John weeps. This week we stay there.

The Lion Is the Lamb

"Do not weep." John hears that the Lion of Judah has triumphed. He turns to look... and sees a Lamb, standing as though slain.

A New Song

Harps in their hands. Golden bowls full of prayers. A new song for the Lamb who was slain... a song heaven had never sung before.

One Hundred Million Angels

A hundred million angels hand the Lamb a list of seven... power, wealth, wisdom, strength, honor, glory, praise. We spend all seven every week.

Every Creature Says Amen

Amen is a word we say often, and we don't consider its meaning. At the end of Revelation 5, every creature in heaven and on earth says it.
